About
Why we're building PHRIMS
A compliance-first, AI-optional HR platform for the Philippines — built with the country's labor law and statutory rules as the starting point, not an afterthought.
The problem
Global HR suites like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM handle PH statutory payroll and labor rules poorly, and typically need a local payroll partner bolted on. Local PH tools cover statutory compliance well but are often weak at enterprise-grade workforce management — shift bidding, forecast-driven scheduling, and adherence tracking that 24/7 BPO operations depend on. We think a single platform should do both well.
Our approach
PHRIMS is built module by module, starting with the Core HR employee master file (the "201 file") and platform foundations — tenancy, role-based access, audit logging, and an effective-dated rule engine — before layering on time & attendance, payroll, talent, and employee relations. We publish our build status openly rather than marketing modules before they exist; see our Features page for exactly what's live today.
AI, optional by design
Where AI can genuinely save time — document OCR, anomaly detection, drafting — we're designing it in with a complete manual fallback from day one. No workflow will ever require AI to function, and AI will never make an irreversible HR decision (like a termination) on its own.
Where we are
PHRIMS is in active beta — Core HR, Leave, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Reports, and the lifecycle/talent/benefits modules all have a working demo slice today (see our live feature status). We're working directly with early design partners across BPO, KPO, and SME segments to shape the roadmap. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
