PHRIMS

Compliance & Trust

Compliance is not a feature we added — it's the foundation

PHRIMS is designed around Philippine statutory requirements from the data model up, with an effective-dated rule engine built to keep pace with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and DOLE changes.

Statutory coverage

In progress

Payroll runs today: SSS (incl. MPF), PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR withholding tax are computed from an effective-dated rule engine, with a full computation trace on every payslip line. This is demo-grade — seed rates are pending sign-off from a PH payroll SME, and the premium pay matrix, 13th-month pay, and year-end annualization are still in progress. See the payroll module status for detail.

SSS

Social Security System contributions, MPF/WISP, and EC coverage.

PhilHealth

Premium computation within floor/ceiling and remittance reporting.

Pag-IBIG (HDMF)

Mandatory and voluntary (MP2) contribution handling.

BIR

Withholding tax on compensation, alphalist, and Form 2316 generation.

DOLE

Labor Code hours-of-work, premium pay, and due-process rules.

Data privacy by design

HR data is among the most sensitive data an organization holds. Our approach follows the principles of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and NPC guidance.

Role-based, field-level access

Sensitive data — compensation, health records, disciplinary history — is restricted by role, not just by module.

Full audit trail

Every change to personal and employment data is logged with who, when, and what changed.

Data Privacy Act alignment

Designed around RA 10173 principles: transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality in how personal data is collected and processed.

Tenant data isolation

Every tenant's data is scoped and access-checked at the record level, never just by role.

This page describes design principles, not a certification. PHRIMS is under active development and has not yet completed a formal Data Privacy Impact Assessment or third-party security audit. See our Privacy Policy for current data-handling terms.
