1. The service
PHRIMS is provided on a subscription basis. The service is under active development; some modules described on this site are on the roadmap and not yet available (see our Features page for current status).
2. Your account & data
You retain ownership of the HR and payroll data you enter into PHRIMS. You're responsible for the accuracy of data you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
3. Acceptable use
Placeholder — standard acceptable-use restrictions (no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, etc.) will be documented here.
4. Liability & compliance disclaimer
PHRIMS is a tool to help administer HR and payroll processes; it does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice. Your organization remains responsible for its own statutory compliance.
