Implementation
From signup to your first compliant payroll
A clear, guided path to go live — set up your companies, bring over your data, run payroll side by side with your current system, and switch only when the numbers match.
The path to go-live
Five steps, no surprises
Every implementation follows the same proven sequence, sized to your company.
Step 1

We map how your company runs today — entities, sites, pay groups, cutoffs, and approval chains.
- Company structure agreed
- Pay calendar and cutoffs confirmed
- Data checklist shared
Step 2
Configure
Set up legal entities, sites, departments, schedules, leave policies, and approvers.
- Entities with TIN & employer numbers
- Sites with wage region & holidays
- Leave and approval policies
Step 3
Migrate
Bring in employees, government IDs, and opening balances from your current system or spreadsheets.
- Employee master file loaded
- YTD, leave & loan balances
- Validation report cleared
Step 4
Parallel run
Run payroll side by side with your current system and compare results line by line.
- Variance report per employee
- Differences explained and resolved
- Sign-off from payroll & finance
Step 5
Go live
Release your first payslips, switch on self-service for employees, and hand over to support.
- First payroll released
- Employees invited to self-service
- Ongoing support in place
Guided setup
Know you're ready before the first cutoff
Setup checks flag what's missing — before it becomes a wrong payslip or a rejected remittance.
- Create your account in minutes — Register your company and invite your HR and payroll team by email.
- Company structure — Add legal entities, sites, and departments with their government registration details.
- Guided setup wizard — Step-by-step setup with sites auto-assigned to their wage region and holiday calendar.
- Implementation checklist — Progress tracking and readiness checks before your first payroll.
- Sandbox company — A copy of your setup for testing changes without touching live data.
- AI setup assistant (optional) — Upload your handbook or payroll register and get a proposed configuration for review.
Go-live readiness
82% complete- 12 employees have no TIN on file
- Site "Cebu IT Park" has no holiday calendar
- 3 employees are not assigned to a pay group
- All legal entities have SSS, PhilHealth & Pag-IBIG employer numbers
- Leave policies meet statutory minimums
Start from a template
Pre-configured for your industry
Begin with schedules, leave policies, attendance rules, and earning and deduction codes that fit how your industry works — then adjust to your own policies.
Industry policy templates
BPO 24/7
Rotating night shifts, ND, attendance points, and training waves.
Retail
Store-based schedules, daily-paid staff, and regional minimum wages.
Manufacturing
Shift work, OSH requirements, and production-floor kiosks.
Office / KPO
Fixed schedules, hybrid work, and project timesheets.
Staffing agency
Client assignments, per-client rules, and deployment tracking.
Data migration
Bring everything with you — even mid-year
Import from your current payroll system or spreadsheets using validated templates. Every file gets a dry run and a row-by-row error report before anything is saved.
Employee master data
Personal, employment, and compensation details for every employee.
Government IDs
TIN, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG numbers, validated against official formats.
Year-to-date balances
Taxable income, tax withheld, contributions, and 13th month & other benefits so far this year.
Previous employer 2316
For mid-year hires, so year-end annualization comes out right.
Leave balances
Opening balances for every leave type, per employee.
Loan balances
SSS, Pag-IBIG, and company loans with remaining amortization.
Historical payroll
Past payroll registers for reporting and 2316 continuity.
Bank details
Payroll bank accounts, including split allocations.

Parallel run
Switch only when the numbers match
Run payroll in both systems for one or more cutoffs. A variance report compares every employee and every component, and each difference is explained — so your team signs off with confidence.
Parallel-run variance report
Checked before your first payroll
Before go-live, the statutory rules your payroll depends on are verified against the latest official issuances, with the source recorded for each one.
- SSS contribution schedule, MSC range, and MPF threshold
- PhilHealth premium rate, floor, and ceiling
- Pag-IBIG rates and maximum fund salary
- BIR withholding tables and the ₱90,000 benefits threshold
- Regional minimum wages for every region you operate in

FAQ
Implementation questions
How long does implementation take?
It depends on your headcount, number of companies and sites, and how clean your current data is. A single company with a few sites can set up without any technical help; larger groups usually include a parallel run before go-live. We agree a timeline with you during planning.
Can we keep our current payroll system while we switch?
Yes — that's what the parallel run is for. You run payroll in both systems for one or more cutoffs, compare the results line by line, and switch over only once the numbers match and your team has signed off.
What data do we need to prepare?
Your company and site details with government registration numbers, your employee list with government IDs and pay rates, and opening balances for the year: YTD pay, tax, and contributions, leave balances, and outstanding loans. We share a checklist and import templates at the start.
We start mid-year. Will year-end tax still be correct?
Yes. Year-to-date figures and previous-employer 2316 data are loaded as opening balances, so annualization in December includes everything earned before you switched.
Do we need an IT team?
No. Setup is done through the product itself, and your HR and payroll team can run it day to day.
Can we take our data with us if we leave?
Your data is yours. A full export of your company data is available for portability.
